Yes, of course there were different types of puzzles to solve, but I’d say you would come to this room for the experience. Titanic and Escape from Alcatraz but this time we went to experience their new room, Poppa Plonk’s Wonky Workshop. This is our third time at Houdini’s Escape Nottingham. I’m already looking forward to playing the other two games here as these two were absolutely first class. This also gives a 10% discount on a future room booking. One last thing that makes this company unique is they give you a charm if you complete a room which is themed on the room itself. Titanic was especially brilliant and could well be my favourite escape room that I’ve played so far. We did the Alcatraz and the Titanic rooms and I can definitely recommend both. They staff really get into their roles and it really adds to the experience and feeling of immersion. We had two fantastic G.M’s with Sophie making a very intimidating prison guard and unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of our captain in Titanic (he was South African) but he was also fantastic. This changed when I saw it was coming to Nottingham and it was timed perfectly for a reunion with my old escape team.Īs many other reviewers have pointed out the customer service here is fantastic. ![]() Being an escape room fan I’d heard good things about this company but had never been able to arrange a visit to one of its locations.
